Hi, we are Tom and Rebecca. As we sit here to write this letter, our hearts are filled with excitement! Though we aren’t sure we have the right words for you, we hope our profile helps you see the love we have for each other, our family, and the love we hope to share with a little one.  

We met almost ten years ago when Rebecca was walking out of an ice cream shop and Tom was walking out of the sandwich shop next door. His work partner at the time was one of Rebecca’s best friends, so we were introduced. 

We became friends and then best friends! It was like we had known each other our whole lives. We both had previously been married and knew what didn’t work and what we were praying to find in a partner. 

From the get-go, it was a constant conversation! We moved closer to each other to allow our relationship to grow and moved in together pretty quickly after that. We began the process of rebuilding and renovating our dream home, a 238-year-old farmhouse! In October 2019, we were married in the yard of our barely finished home.

We both have amazing kids from our previous marriages. When we married, Rebecca gained a son, Clayton (21), and Tom gained a son and daughter, Avery (13) and Hartley (9)! We feel so incredibly blessed and fortunate to have three beautiful children, and we are excited to grow our family through adoption.
